Let's get together again: form a circle, drink tea, eat and talk! We can talk about the topics that we shared last meeting or completely new topics depending our mood.
Queershallah is a wish to to find voices for ourselves and hear others; countering the feeling of exclusion, loneliness, grief and cultural longing of immigrant/refugee/BIPOC LGBTQI+’s in Athens. Queershallah is not an NGO, counselling, project - It is a self organized community building idea from exiled activists. This idea is simple: we need to socialize, meet, chat, flirt, to be heard, feel empowered and seen as political subjects. We need a community. We need soft politics. It is a welcoming for ourselves! Welcome!
The spoken language will be English, but we recommend that you come even if you are not proficient in English. There may be people among the participants who can help with other languages.
